The Kia Sorento is a 7-seater SUV that offers more space and versatility, along with cutting-edge technology and sophisticated design. Its “tiger nose” grille has been updated with a wider shape and integrated LED headlights, giving it a sharper and more assertive appearance. The Sorento’s platform is based on the structure of Kia’s Carnival seven-seater people mover and is different from Hyundai’s Santa Fe in terms of design and specifications. It is the only seven-seater SUV in Kia’s lineup, with options for diesel or petrol engines and front- or all-wheel drive configurations. The Sorento S 7 Seat starts from $47,650, while the top-spec Sorento GT-Line 7 Seat Phev AWD is priced at $81,080.

Engine options for the Sorento include a 3.5-litre petrol V6 on FWD models and a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel on AWD versions. The hybrid version features a 1.6-litre turbo-petrol engine with an electric motor producing a total output of 169kW/350Nm. The PHEV version has the same engine but with a more powerful electric motor, producing a total output of 195kW/350Nm.
